Melt Solutions’ indoor processing facility has the capacity to handle large quantities of mixed refractory brick daily. With the aid of a specially designed sorting table and experienced team-members, the brick is sorted by material type to ensure specific chemistries can be achieved. Our crushing system is made up of multiple crushers, conveyors and magnetic separators to ensure the desired size and quality is consistently attainable. Our custom built drying and screening system enables us to meet any desired specs for specific sizing and moisture content. These specialized services are available to the public. We also offer a range of proprietary products that have proven to benefit our customers through enhanced performance as well as a lower cost alternative.
